Hi Tarifa37, thanks for your comment. I think banning them is not the solution. They should only released in no or little wind. If the balloon is undamaged, it won't come down until the flame has died. Anyone considering buying these should buy the ones made with flame-resistant paper (I refuse to sell any other). Although more expensive than untreated balloons, they can never turn into a ball of fire. As for the UFO sightings: that's the fun part, isn't it?

I heard that a village down wind burnt to the ground because of these things.They should be banned.Also people in the uk think they are being invaded by ufos every time there is a wedding that lets these things off.
