As the campaign wears on, McCain appears increasingly haggard and feeble. His "senior moments", such the one in this video where he says FEC instead of SEC, are becoming more frequent. I fear the rigors of the campaign are betraying his advanced years.
McCain's handlers are quick to characterize such observations as "ageism." In cold realty, however, concerns about McCain's mental acuity and physical health are quite relevant, especially given his wholly unprepared running mate.
