It's disappointing to see an H&K malfunction like that.
Have you made any modifications or are you using 3rd party magazines?
I have several H&K firearms and in all the years I've owned them, not a single one has ever had a malfunction. I'd be boiling mad if I were you... spend all that money and think you are getting the best of the best and then that happens.

Using a suppressor, the muzzle energy also decreases, right? By how much? Sorry I'm noob.

@Hardbass9 Sorry for taking long. The muzzle energy doesn't decrease because of a suppressor, but to get the best sound reduction out of a suppressor you use subsonic ammo which means ammo slower than ~1000fps. Smaller calibers use higher velocity to develop the energy. A 45ACP is already subsonic and so is a 180gr 40sw, but a 115gr 9mm isn't. To get a 9mm subsonic you need a 147gr bullet or bleed off velocity from a 115gr like a MP5SD does which reduces the initial energy.

@p1mpmastamike A few friends and myself found that we can easily cause several HK USP45s to Jam. Check out some of the videos posted by RomeoTangoFoxtrot to see some evidence.
