1956 Chevy Bel Air

Here is the video so many have been waiting for, my 1956 Chevy BelAir. It has been somewhat restored, some body work and re-painted, and inside re-done but its still the same body panels and even the same floor pans. it has had the engine replaced its got a 283 in it.

Quick note:
Its nearly the same color now as when it was originally built and going by the VIN my car is an early 56 model, assembled during the first couple of weeks of production in October, 1955 at the Norwood Ohio plant.

never sell it man, I can hardly remember any '56 so clean and sweet-looking as yours. special thanks for that original 265 and a powerglide! an amazing video of an amazing piece of machinery. 5 stars

Thanks you so much for what ya said!!! Don't worry though, I'm never gonna get rid of it! I love this car! The engine is stock but its a 283, I don't know where the original 265 went, if I had to guess it was either blown up or somebody took it out to put another car years ago... Thats my guess, oh the powerglide, its perfect! its like its brand new! =D I just can't say it enough, I love this car! But once again, thank you so much for what you said!!

I was told a Chocolate brown, its got metal flake in it, could be a custom color. Dunno a brand? Sorry.

Nice ol 56 Chevy. I like them way better then a 55 or a 57. to me you get a little of both cars with a 56.Keep it like it is. Like the hub caps and the hole car. Take good care of her to.
