The Dewarists is a new original series. Part music documentary and part travelogue, the show features inspiring musicians collaborating to create original music while traveling to locations across India.
Preeminent Hindustani classical singer Shubha Mudgal joins forces with folk rock band Swarathma, one of the most exciting independent acts to emerge from the country in the past few years. Together, they explore the city of Mysore -- historic capital, and the city in which the Bangalore band was born.

I was just dragged to the feel of the song watching them performing.. And the bit where vasu and shubha ji says that "I decided finally what must I do in my life and went on with it.." - I now think I too must first decide in which path should go on...

I just loved Dixit's Kannada segments. I am happy that Mysore got some National (and possibly International) publicity. And what can I say about Shubha Mudgal? She is one of India's great treasures! We should be proud to have her in our country.
