  • QUESTION? Did you mean to have that 3 draw note (C#) in that 3rd position going up scale (@34:50)??? So, it is the D major scale, and you play it over E major? Wouldn't work over E minor would it. Confused. The scale coming down looks like an E minor scale.

  • This shows how you do not need a complicated combination of notes to sound good. Simple combinations played well (in this case, played amazingly) create a blues solo that people recognize as superior and most importantly ENJOY! Keep it simple and play it well is the key! Thank you Jon!
