  • Find somebody who has recently died, Elder Tom (Monson): go to the grave and convert the corpses.

Monson is saying that the "emotionally vulnerable" are the ones you can teach and fill, with your Mormon drivel.

  • Focus on those who are most vulnerable?

  • haters gonna hate.. plane and simple.

  • Cult leader.

  • After hearing this I thought I was gonna PUKE!

    He's fricking creepy!

  • Oh man this kind of approach is exactly what would nag me in the back of my mind since I was young and helped me to seek the real truth.

  • Thomas S Nonsense

  • @jeanniem76 I am glad to hear that you have left the mormon church based on reason and evidence as opposed to blind faith. However, If you are swapping the Book of Mormon with the Bible now, you are still just trading one superstition for another

  • @ANAMEHASNOTBEENTAKE Let's make a deal. You list the true prophecies and I will be glad to list the false ones.

  • @jeanniem76 Yes, you obviously know more about my religion than I do. That couldn't possibly come from something as public as Doctrine and Covenants 130, and of course, you wouldn't DARE twist his words in front of God and everyone, so I'm forced to assume that you're being objective, and Joseph Smith was truly a false prophet. Never mind all the valid prophecies, and never mind that Joseph Smith admitted himself that he didn't understand that revelation, IN THE REVELATION.

  • @sneedledout That's how I discovered the truth. I researched Journal of Discourses, History of the Church, Mormon Doctrine. Once that had me convinced I got into lack of archaeological evidence, dna research, Egyptology, linguistics, and occult symbolism...its disturbing when you've been LDS your whole life and discover these things. More than anything, but reading the Bible= the true word of God, it was obvious.

  • @ANAMEHASNOTBEENTAKE He also "prophesied" that Christ would come again during his lifetime.
