as it is, the american people OWN 90% OF THE LARGEST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD..namely AIG
so i ask, how is it you own outright OWN an insurance company, and not have insurance??

Medicaid and medicare are not what libertarians want. And any subsidization brings up price. Look at medical institutions not governed by them. Lasik surgery continues to get cheaper and safer, as does plastic surgery. Heck, even the Vet can treat your pets better than you get treated in the hospitals. Most procedures pets have to go through you can easily afford.
None of those are socialized. And strangely no one is complaining about them.

We will get health reform and nobody will like it. It's just a ruse to control our lives and make it even more difficult to live our lives. Does anyone really think that the creeps that bring us bad water, food and air actually want us to have real health care? They hate us. Useless eaters and all that.

What saddens me the most is that a lot of the conservatives and libertarians can't see that its their ideology at work right now!! They think the dems and liberals are to blame for the problems we have today. When a lot of these problems started with Nixon, and then REagan's supply side economics(which whenever you are in an econ class at OU the first day the professor takes 10 minutes out of the class's time to prove it wrong XD )

The problem is that the bills don't take care of corruption, fraud, over charging, torts etc etc.
Obama ain't going against a.) WallStreet or b.) Insurance.
It's impossible to do good with other peoples money.
