Clearly since you can do 20 sling reps the ab circle pro isn't going to be challenging. The main selling point of the Ab Circle Pro is that it can help you trim down if you are struggling with weight, and help strengthen your core if you are lacking in that area. You focus on trivialities and ignore the meaning of the ad. Learn to analyse media before posting your views on a public forum or you look like a fool.

Only complaint is that it was too easy, first day did all workouts before realising it was the same moves less reps.... It does make me sweat, no inches lost but I look stronger. I do the 20minute DVD 3 times a day on highest incline. I actually got so sweaty that I injured myself mid rotation actually being trown by momentum with a sweaty grip. It hurt like all heck (the knee pad/ serrop thing winded me).
But I still use it, just more carefully.

sarah i have to agree with you because i have been using the ab circle for one year and it was piece of hunk, i went on a healthy diet and all that stuff and did the ab circle but i still stayed at the same weight, i just wasn't seeing any results from that piece of hunk! until i did the Six Pack Shortcut program by Mike Chang, results were fast and only took 4 months rather than that one year i wasted on that stupid ab circle, i wish i could get my money back!

The fact that the second highest rated comment is obviously posted by someone from the Ab Circles marketing department says it all.
You only need the most basic knowledge of fitness to see that the ab circle provides next to no resistance and does not strenuous enough to count as cardio. You you wont build muscle or lose fat with it.
Unfortunately alot of people dont have a basic knowledge of fitness. So junk like the ab circle still sells.
