With 500,000 customers and $2.7 billion in sales, Cintas is the biggest and baddest launderer in North America. It also has a history of breaking the law and building its business on the backs of workers. Despite record profits, the company pays its employees near minimum wages, has discriminated against minorities and women and repeatedly blocked its workers' right to organize.

i am agree with notaxi 1982 i work for cintas.i suffer of racist comments every day muy boss in charge of the fire protection but that word " yuor gonna be fire" i heard it so many times. i work in jessup marylad ,he treats everybody the same way can some one do something?

I worked for Cintas for two years. It has very strange guidelines for employment. Like me talking here can get me sued! I had only a few problems. One being the pay cuts that affected me as a driver. It didn't just happen once. The fact that they expected more work for less money. People who work in the plants and at facility, are paid less and less valued. I think ethics are poor, and "family" means nothing to them. The towels and linnens we get back dirty are disgusting!
