Sorry for the sound. Our gym is right on a busy street and we always train with the doors open. I didn't think to shut them before recording this. Lesson learned!!

  • Should the shoulders be behind the bar in the hang when you do a wide grip snatch?

  • @davidleitner Yes. At the hip position, the shoulders should be behind (or on top) of the bar, NOT in front of it.
