I love that apartment....a balcony off the living room....and a courtyard off the bedroom? So cool. And hardwood in the living room is always a good thing. Small..but, I wouldn't say no that. Nice. What do apartments like that go for down there?
I loved the drive around town thing, too..Its great to see where other people live in the world....That alleyway would make a nice spy movie / chase scene location.

We pay 420 a week, but rents are just about to skyrocket, increasing by up to 20% due to a tax on landlords which will be passed directly tenants. So we got a pretty good deal
