Tether your booster seats. My grandson, 4yrs., old broke both bones in his arm. He was simply leaning over to fasten seat belt and the booster seat flipped and he hit his head and arm on the pavement. If you have the kind of seat that does not clip onto the bar in the seat, at least strap it with nylon ties. This also can stop the seat from
becoming a flying hazard when it is not in use and you stop very quickly. Hopefully you will heed this information and your little guy or gal won't have to endure such a frightning experience.
