@mytechworld2 Literally forever? does it hang on saving or just take a long time? if it hangs on saving, perhaps the window which allows you to select the icon resolution has popped under the paint dot net window.

@DrZakywaky Vista sucks ass but you should still be able to complete this tutorial. I assume you mean that Paint Dot Net isn't working, try installing it as an admin and make sure the dot net framework is installed as well.
