Greg Carter, Radwell International and PlcCenter Marketing Director,, shows NBC cameras why Radwell International's industrial ebay store he built led the country in ebay sales for a single geographic region.

Radwell International and PlcCenter's online affiliate network -- including ebay -- delivers almost half of the e-commerce sites 7,000 daily visits. Its an extremely successful search marketing strategy for the Radwell International today.

  • The ebay project followed the "hub and spoke" internet marketing concept. My focus was not our web property (the hub) . It was evaluating "spokes" -- the sites that were popular, well indexed stops along the way like industry directories, social networks and online publishers -- anywhere our audience spent time.

  • Strategy behind this inbound video marketing was to create inbound links to our B2B e-commerce website. I developed and launched the site with 67,000 items. Each item had backlinks to the web landing page at our main site containing the products description.

    This search engine marketing strategy delivered about 30% of Radwell International inbound traffic.

  • Radwell International Blows. Everthing on the PlcCenter Page is incorrect and when it comes time to purchase something, they either no longer have it or the listed price is over four years old and cannot be honored. PLC.... Fuck You!

  • Radwell International has undergone an international expansion into Europe and Asia during the past year 2010 - 2011. Greg Carter, formerly Director of Marketing at Radwell 1998 - 2008. The quality I enjoyed most about their marketing strategy is that they were not afraid of trying new things and failing. That's the recipe for finding success. Not a lot of mid-size companies out there like this one.

  • Why would you want to work there. I worked their and it sucked. They don't hire you unless you are a minority now.

  • I cant believe wouldn't even give me a reason for not hiring me. They said they gave it to another qualified candidate, so I guess 7 yrs experience isn't enough for them right? I spoke to some HR lady (Lucy) and she didn't even recall the events of the interview and didn't even let me get a word in. Lots of mistakes in the hiring process alone, not to mention it's practices (I have friends who work for them). It would be nice if they would get people who actually knew what they were doing.
