Haha, I'm OCD about gaps in my histogram too! I wonder if this effect is recreated in Camera Raw instead when it's still possible to take advantage of the full bit depth, and if so would the histogram still have gaps? Or at least get a start on the dramatic contrast in Camera Raw, then finesse it in Photoshop. Anyway, thanks for the good video! : )
