After reading a little bit of his writing and hearing him say that he started of as a bad writer really does show that if you really work your ass off it than it pays off in the end

@MckyMseNTarotCrds That sounds a lot like me, actually. I like to see that other people notice such things too; I always felt like there's something uniquely wrong with me.

This may sound like obvious advice, the bit about writing and writing, but I think it's advice a lot of so-called writers need to hear. I know so many people who say they are writers, and barely ever get down to it. This is especially true with "poets", I've found. Maybe once a month or so, they get some inspiration, spend twenty minutes banging out some non sequiturs, and spend the rest of the time pretending they're artists.
