Part 2 : Like Two Goldfish in a Bowl: The discovery of a brotherhood with Zen Buddhist monk, Eido Tai Shimano Roshi, and the years in Buddhist monasteries in New York and California. Ryan and Warren Anderson composed this biographical film - much of it on location at Mount Saviour Monastery - from 2003 footage taken by Sam Rider and Aishwarya Kancharla, thanks to a generous financial gift by Candice Fuhrman. That book is by Daisetz Teitaro as Brother David says "D.T.", not by Shunryu, the man on the picture.

The author of Training of the Zen Buddhist Monk is D.T. Suzuki, but the picture shown is of Shunryu Suzuki, who founded the Zen Center in San Francisco.

In the scene where Br. David mentions reading "The training of a Zen monk" by D.T. Suzuki (Daisetz T.Suzuki, the scholar), the portrait photo, appearing a moment later, however shows not D.T., but Shunryu Suzuki, Zen master and founder of San Francisco Zen Center, author of "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind"
