This solo harp piece starts as a train and then breaks into the melody line of "Rolling in my Sweet Baby's Arms".
I used to do this with Med Snookes and the Dodgy Jammers at the Three Kings at Hanley Castle in Worcester at the Friday lunchtime sessions there. Med used to sing it.
I have had the decency to refrain.

  • Hi Rod, like your playing, what key are you playing in?

  • Hi. This was played on an A Harp (Marine Band de Luxe). Glad you liked it.

  • Ain't that many Bluesmen in Bracknell but you the man!

  • I saw that there Poor Bob Jones in the audience at the Marrs Bar in your Slow Train number - such nostalgia (it's not what it used to be - nostalgia that is...)

  • Good stuff Rod

  • Thanks Mr P. BTW I loved your Autumn Leaves - you didn't look much like Johnny Cash at all.
