Katakat is made of goat's / lamb's organs, with chops, well cooked in oil or butter. Noorani Resturaunt (open air) introduced this amazing dish in Karachi long time back & now there are several resturaunts offering this dish, but taste & Katakat music at Noorani resturaunt is differnet.
