This historic folk-Victorian home in Ann Arbor, MI is one of the few houses that are so energy efficient that it produces more energy than the family consumes. As of 2011 it is the oldest home in America to achieve net zero energy. In March 2011, GreenovationTV host Matt Grocoff and his family paid their last energy bill . . . ever. They've invested in comfort in order to save money and the environment.
