I think there should be at least 2 movies for the prequel of HP (maybe as a collection of memories in the pensive?):

Hogwarts - the marauders (following the story of severus, lily, marauders, bellatrix and lucius from year 1 up to the death of the potters - perhaps focusing on the competition and then rupture between houses griffindor and slitherin, shown through sirius/bellatrix and james/severus 's hate towards eachother)

Hogwarts - first class (following albus, aberforth, ariana, grindelwald, minerva, then hagrid, tom riddle -first opening of the chamber of secrets - and voldemort's rise to power )
