Master Cleanse - How To (pt 3 of 3)

The Master Cleanse:
2 Tbsp Lemon/Lime Juice (fresh squeezed and strained)
2 Tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup
8 oz Spring or Filtered Water
1/10 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Drink 6 to 12 mixes per day.

My Version:
2 oz Lemon/Lime Juice
2 oz Grade B Maple Syrup
16 oz Filtered Water
Mix in a 20 oz Water Bottle. Drink 3 to 6 mixes per day.

Add 1/5 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper to 1 to 2 oz of water and shoot.

2 Tbsp = 1 Fluid Ounce, so the mixes are identical, just doubled for ease. And instead of pre-mixing all 120 oz of mix and carrying a jug around, I put the lemon/lime juice in a plastic container, and put all of my tools along with the maple syrup in a carry bag. I make the mixes as needed through the day.

@2011Queenn The label will say so. However, most grocery stores will not carry grade B. Your best bets are natural food stores for this.
