When u upgrade to a personal pro account, u be able to accept credit/debit card payments right? But how can u use Alertpay to make purchases online that require you to pay with a visa/mastercard card? Thanks for the response...so helpful.:)

is the customer support answers email or by phone only. I've send them ticket to downgrade my business account. Cant call the customer support via phone coz its kinda expensive making an overseas calls here in my country. Hope they will reply on my email.
