i live in CT and i've actually meet Blumenthal. Hes super nice guy and extremely personable. He didnt clearly articulate how to make jobs here but hes talking about keeping jobs here. Linda out sources her IT jobs. Which means greedly putting them away to other countries becuase labor is cheaper. THAT DOES NOT HELP OUR ECONOMY. it helps places like india and Indonesia. You want more jobs in CT Linda? well how bout you keep your employees here!
