  • Tony Hadley, my whole family is getting a kick out of your video because you look exactly like one of my brothers. You have a twin out there!

  • Glad you're enjoying seeing a "twin" of your brother out there. :-) I heard that everyone has a twin, so now I know I have one.

  • im from ma, do you use mlm goldmine?

  • Yes, I do.

  • You're incorrect in how the supplement is absorbed. It's absorbed in the duodum - just outside of the stomach. Also, the small intestines are before the large intestines (colon)in the digestive tract.

  • Thanks for this! The health benefits to OPC-3 are amazing! I am going to do more research on it and will likely start on it shortly :)

  • @wildflower2271 according to wikkipedia, the "Duodenum" is responsible for the breakdown of food, not the absorption, not that it really makes much of a difference.

  • @hingmonster, my grandmother lowered her cholesterol with cinnamin. But cholesterol is just one factor and if you have a low or no lipoprotein(a) level, you could have high cholesterol and triglicerides and live to old age with no heart problems, so I've been told.

  • Thanks wildflower for the clarification, I was wondering if I was confused....

  • Hope you're taking the heart health system for your high cholesterol level.

  • Hey thanks for this. I've never seen anyone actually take the supplement, but clearly you did and you even mixed it all! So props to you :)
