If this video brings a few Desert Rose fans to know Nick Lowe, that's a good thing.

Nick Lowe wrote "What's so funny about Peace Love and Understanding" for Elvis Costello, "Cruel to be Kind", performed "I knew the Bride..." with Dave Edmunds, and played some delicious bass on John Hiatt's "Bring The Family" alongside Jim Keltner and Ry Cooder.

Wonderful guy and he's still evolving as a musician.

This was written by John Hiatt. Although Nick Lowe is not 'better' than The Desert Rose Band, neither is The Desert Rose Band 'better than Nick Lowe. Different types of artists. Nick the Knifes version of this song is every bit as good and in some areas better.

This is one the Greatest bands in the world and I mean that i've got All of their albums them and The Maverick i Seem to Listen to them all the time Great music and you can't hear this kind of Country Anymore but it's a great thing we can All still watch this stuff on websites like this keep old country alive.
