If that's not the problem, and it happens mostly in 3rd and 5th gear, it's because the bottom of the shifter is touching your exhaust. You may have to do some cutting to fix it completely, but as a temporary solution, look at it from underneath and wrap the part of the shifter that's touching the exhaust with a soft, heat-resistant tape which will muffle the sound a bit. Better than metal on metal at least. Hope this helps!

It sounds like the metal piece on top of the knob. Theres a rubber thats suppose to go inside that so it prevents shaking.
