You can buy them on the Wii shop with a credit card Visa or Mastercard only, or you can buy points cards from shops and add the codes.

Yes it's up for EU, no idea about NA.

Yeah, same games makers back in the day so they used Bomberman. Bomberman is also in Star Parodier, a SHMUP, it's mad.
