This is an easy to do home exercise to mobilize the thoracic spine and to get rid of tension in the neck muscles.
It might be uncomfortable at first - but after a few days it just feels great.
One minute provides plenty of relief.

  • Great tip! Also, invest in a tennis ball and use that while leaning against a wall, with the tennis ball inbetween you and the wall. Find the pressure points that are sore and just lean into it gently for as long as you need until the pain/discomfort is replaced by relief of tension and soreness. Lactic acid buildup in tensed muscles may release upon tension release, which may make you a bit dizzy or nauseous. Load up on antioxidants daily, green tea helps and remember to BREATHE! :)

  • Thanks
