  • Cuisine of Vietnam = Awesomeness with a little bit of kick ass added on the side. This recipe looks great, I bet those eggs taste sublime.

  • the ingredient is always the same as a vietnamese dish, but the cooking method is different. No need to use the oven, just use a big pan and a stove and it would work too. Look up a dish call: " Thit kho Hot Vit" .

  • but that's so not how Vietnamese people cook it. We traditionally do not cook that in the oven!!! In Vietnam long time ago, there was no such thing!
