You're missing the point that Christianity is a religion based on faith. They don't brainwash anyone--anybody, at any time, is welcome to leave and even slander the church. Scientology doesn't allow it. They force people to SUICIDE. Do some research before you spew out crap about Christianity being a brainwashing religion. Scientology forces their members to pay incredible amounts to become "better Scientologists".

It's not the beliefs that are the problem. Both believe in some impossible things. The difference is, you go to a catholic church and ask about what they belive in and they will talk about Adam/Eve, the Virgin Mary, Jesus, etc. You go to a Scientology Org and they will flat out deny the alien. It's only after a few years of brainwashing and paying them $340,000 that they'll tell you about the alien. But you have to keep it a secret to keep the lie going. Scientology's Management is the problem.

Pleaseponder - You have to believe in christ or how can you be a christian?  just like you have to believe in mohamod to be a muslim and abraham to be a jew. Atleast these 3 religions as well as countless other religions in the world allow you to learn everything that they believe. In the past, it wasn't always that way regarding the church. withholding information from the common man, but after the great reformation, everything changed.

Scientology: Religion to the Extreme. It's just more aggressive, ridiculous and transparent than the rest. While it's nice to have a system that keeps people 'good'. I have no problem being a good and peaceful person without any faith or greater belief system influencing me. So while it's tough to say that religions are a bad thing completely, I have fundamental objectives to them as I believe they are rooted in non-truths and find them unnecessary. Just imagine..
