Stephen King's "Bag of Bones" Book Review

This is the ultimate novel from Stephen King, in my opinion. Great ghost thriller, and it could also be considered a law thriller as well. If you read the book, you know why i say that (key is in the end).

Please do thumbs up : Actually King took the name of the writter Noonan which is a real writter who wrote about her account with several spirits, and her eventual deliverance. The book and author is : RANSOMED FROM DARKNESS by Moira Noonan. This was his little desesperate message to you, subtle but still. This book is very informative on the subject and various despite its only 200 pages. May you receive all God's mercy. If you know about spirits why not calling the creator of them all. GOD.

I didn't watch the mini-series (it not shown on any of the free-to-air channels in Malaysia), but I think it's safe to say that many of the best parts (or worst, depending on your perspective) especially towards the climax are hardly safe for TV showing. FCC would have butchered any faithful rendition to pieces. I think the only way to do justice to this book wld be to make an R-rated film, and a long one at that, but then again it's hard to sell such a movie to investors.

Bag of Bones is one of my favorite books. In my opinion Stephen King is one of the greatest literary geniuses of the modern era. I also really liked "From a Buick 8" it runs a close second to Bag of Bones. The recent mini series that came out of Bag of Bones was grossly disappointing in comparison to the literary work. Most of my favorite parts was not in the movie or they was absolutely butchered the worst part was the theme of the book or the main plot was completely changed in the show.

bag of bones is the best stephen king book i've ever read. right next to the shining and hearts in atlantis. stephen king is boss!
