you should really get one if you ever choose to get a dog! they're a bit expensive because they're really popular, but puggles each have spunky personalities :)

yes but the leash is attached to his harness. all dogs need a collar, but the leash doesn't need to be attached to it

you don't have to, but i prefer one on my puggle because they're energentic and you dont want to choke him/her with a collar
