Tournament format and rules

Date: 27th Aug 2011, Saturday
Time : 4:00pm Singapore Time
1:00am PST

Format: Singles Tournament, Double Elimination
Tournament size : 80 Spots
Round 1: Players will be separated into pools of 8
Top 8: 4 in winners, 4 in losers
Top 4: 2 winners, 2 losers

Tournamnet entry: Tokens ($0.50) to play each set. In each set, Winner does not require to pay another credit, loser has to spend another credit to play.
Tournament format : 1 Set, each Set is a best of 3 games, each game is best of 3 rounds
Tournament rules: please check evo2k.com and applies where applicable.
Other disputes: Contact the judge on that day to make a decision

Prizes:
Top 2 -- Trip from Singapore to China to represent Singapore for the China National Tournament on September 24th and 25th.

3rd -- $50 Token
4th -- $30 Token
5-8th -- $10 Token each
Top 8 Special limited edition prize from TKA
Top 16 -- Invited to Mcdonald's for gathering and free food and drinks after tournament

All participants will be provided free drinks during the tournament
