-Jugó con los Bravos de Alcorn State como Colegial
-Fué seleccionado por los Petroleros de Houston en el draft de 1995 como no. 3 global.
-Con los Titanes de Tennessee ganó 3 invitaciones al Pro Bowl, ganó el título de la AFC en 1999 y el Premio al Jugador Más Valioso en 2003.
-Terminó su carrera con los Cuervos de Baltimore, con los que ganó el título de la AFC Norte en su 1er año como titular de ese equipo.
-Finalmente, tras 13 años de carrera, Steve "Air" McNair se retiró, dejando un vacío que nadie podrá llenar.

Como posiblemente ya sabrán...Steve McNair dejó este mundo el sábado 4 de Julio. En verdad que...es increíble...quedé devastado por la noticia...aún no lo puedo creer...el era...un hombre de familia, humilde, un gran competidor en el terreno de juego, pero por sobre todo...un gran hombre, con un gran espíritu, una gran gran persona...un gran ser humano...Yo lo admiraba muchísimo...Donde quiera que estés, te dedico este video con mucho cariño y respeto...RIP Steve....

He was the reason I started watching football, I met him at TSU at their mini camp, he was so cool and nice, and the thing that bothers me is that, yeah, he wasn't legally divorced, but man, let the man RIP, you think bashing him on youtube is gonna help, he's gone, if he's burning, he's burning, he doesn't need jackasses to post up dumb stuff on youtube. Steve, I love ya, thanks for the memories, you meant a lot to the state of Tennessee and all black QBs. RIP, people, bashing isn't gonna help.

Awesome man. Great tribute dude. Everyone makes mistakes in their life, it's nobody's job to sit from their chair in their bedroom and pass judgment like they're perfect. Great tribute.
