To me the DD-3 has a strong point that other purely digital delays miss; you can do a real split with the original signal intact. For instance You can do spillover by reintroducing the delay via a LS-2 pedal and not get strange phase related problems.
I have done something with a TC nova repeater but have to use the kill-dry function to avoid phase issues.
I have used a DD-3 for real short 1 repeat delays for 2 amp spread and it is a great sound.
12,5 ms :-)

awful shoes however I like your playing

I really feel like the dd-3 with the long chip was the most 'analog sounding' of the digital delays. Thats why it will always have a place on my pedalboard. The only boss delay that can trump the dd-3 is the dm-2 of course.

@pedaltoneshop WHat were the chords you were playing?
-
This video kinda.. just sucked...

@SuperQuin2010 The first part of it reminds me of "In the Name of Love"
-
@SuperQuin2010 He plays "Pride"
-
@skylorz absolutely! much more possibilities, same cool looks.

@skylorz I rate the dd 3 is perfect for the price, you gona have to pay a bit more for the dd 7. I got the dd 3
does it have tap tempo?

@jriverband hello, there is no tap tempo on the DD-3 however boss released the DD-7 which has an additional input for a tap tempo pedal.
Cheers
