Even the US isn't so threatened by Iran's program that it would resort to such a methods, while Israel has a history of such targeting of scientists from "enemy" nations.

Sorry, but I know exactly how much Europeans loathe Americans -- which makes the degree of anger rising in Europe towards the new wave of Fundamentalism quite remarkable. Unlike minarets, you won't exactly see symbols related to America being banned anywhere any time soon. I wonder why that might be?
