I made a mistake, he didn't win the Vuelta a España in 1985, he did win it in 1987

Key points for those interested: Luis Herrera arrived to the 1986 Tour de France as one of the main favorites after a great 1985 where he did a superb Tour and won "la Vuelta a España". However during the first stages he and his team lost too much time, specially in the teams against the clock. There were a lot of criticism accusing him of not trying harder. In this interviews during the Tour he says the fans don't understand he was sick, mentioning other factors he has to fight against.
