  • When Ral sang Run Little Linda he sounded nothing like Elvis. He was an excellent singer in his own right. Check this out: Ral Donner's version of That's Alright With Me and Ray Smith's version sound like the same artist singing both songs! Yes; I know they were two different people, and both are unfortunately deceased, but the likeness in the voices is AMAZING! One more thing: Ral could sound like Dion as well as Elvis, and Ray could sound like Dean Martin when it called for it! Joe

  • I've just been glancing through various artists on here, and I heard this guy for the first time. I thought I knew most of the artists of this era, but have never heard of Ral Donner, nor in fact Jack Scott either. Where have I been? Obviously these artists are virtually unknown in the Uk, which is so sad. I think Ral is great, and from the first song I heard, I knew this guy has loads of talent. Moreover he is extremely consistant. Thank you for introducing me to his talent.

  • Marvellous.

  • Couldyou oat least given this poor guy who sounded like Elvis his own video without the ghost of Elvis following him on this also

  • No, but neither was Conway Twitty who was either blessed or cursed by sounding a bit like Elvis yet there is room to appreciate all these great if similar voices, just gives one more to like, it need not be a contest.

  • So good!
