Hé, I was wondering if you could do a nonaflick about increasing the veloicty of a single note during Time... I've seen lots of people do that on the brass Section and it would really improve my brass orchestra if I knew how to do that... Everytime I try to get it right in the velocity editor it just keeps editing the simple start velocity instead of some linear curve of increasing MIDI velocity.
I'm not sure how to express my problem in words so I hope you'll understand ;p
@imubah Hey and thanks! I guess you are confusing MIDI CCs. Velocity just changes a note in it's dynamic. It just makes a hit or a note louder/softer. What you are talking of is adjusting notes with the Modwheel. You have to load mostl dxf patches of your prefered lib. If there are no ModWheel patches available you have to fool around with CC07 or CC11. With this you are able to draw dynamic curves. Just check the manual or any other website explaing the basics of midi controllers.
@alexpfefferdotnet hehe it wouldn't surprise me. I'm not really an expert in MIDI, but kow at least I know where to start looking and researching at! Thank you soo much! After some research I just might be able to give the brass some more 'natural feel'
Niiice!
