  • LeBron is overrated because he is lacking tremendously when it comes to skill on the offensive end. He can't post-up, he doesn't possess a consistent jumpshot, isn't clutch, turnover prone, and the only reason he gets so many assists is because he gets the ball at the beginning of every possession. He Doesn't hustle, his only defense comes from an occasional block on a smaller guard, and plus he travels everytime he goes to the basket.

  • that was a good dunk, but the guy in the video just says ohhh that was an athletic one...what the hell??? if lebron would have dunked they would have made a big thing out of it and when lebron gets dunked on it's just an athletic one???damn, nba is just biased

  • @DNW41 if lebron is lacking skill on offence then why the fuck is he leading the league in scoring this season and shooting 60% from field and last season also he was most efficent scorer and second in the league in scoring.

you sir really need to watch a full basketball game, stop watching only youtube highlights dumbass.

  • @MagicJuan2k7 it was the cavs announcers, of course they're biased. people are just trying to find reasons to hate smh

  • Which pixel is young and which one is Lebron?

  • @springwaterization

you get crossed/taken over if you cant shuffle your feet to stay in front of the defender, not because you give effort. LeBron gives effort in 4th quater but that isnt equal to getting the results(his amazing effort in 2011 finals only gave the (amazing) average of 17.8ppg, nearly equal to that series bench player Jason Terry's 18ppg). He plays mostly sagging/roam defense and this roaming gives him those intercepted passes. Other than that he is average.

  • @ImmortalHardOn Hahaha alright, clearly im talking to a beginner, if you think defense is based on "not getting crossed over, and chase down blocks"'. If your going to talk about basketball please watch more than highlight reels. You say lebrons defense is non existant then you say he gets crossed over everyday.

You only get crossed if you give effort on defense, plus everyone gets crossed over, that doesnt determine bad defense.

  • @springwaterization

Lebron's 1on1 defense is non existant, he gets crossed over on daily basis. The only aspect of defense he is good at is interecepting an occasional pass but even that at 1.7 spg aint that great. As for his chasedown blocks it only ever happens to small guards plus he doesnt even average one block per game so he is hardly a shot blocker. People like Artest, Battier, G-Force are still some of the best defenders, LeBron's defense is all hype.

  • @ImmortalHardOn Shane battier used to be a great defender yes, but hes definately past his prime, he no longer has the spring to be the best defender, his defensive abilities dont even get enough credit to be on the starting line-up, and ron artest is a grinder, he is good at 1 on 1 defense on the ball handler only.

lebrons defense covers more ground cause of his athleticism, he is able to get from the rim to the perimeter in no time at all, which makes him able to cut passing lanes and contest.

  • Lebron James, 2011 NBA Finals scoring average- 17.8 ppg. Hahaahaa, even Jason Terry who comes of the bench was scoring 18ppg. Talk about being clutch. I'd like to see Lebrick dick riders respond to that.

  • @springwaterization

hahahaha, you know that Shane Battier and Ron Artest just to mention two players play SF right? Best defender at his position my ass

  • @DNW41 yet he can still take the cavs from zero to first alone.

and him not posting up is his preferred style, with his face toward the basket he can see the whole floor, where he can utilize his tremendous passing skills or drive to the basket, where he is pretty much unstoppable.

and you base your facts way to much on numbers and highlight reels. you have to watch a whole game to see what lebron does on defence, there is no doubt he is the best defender at his position.
