Skidmore College's Haiti Benefit Event: "Harmony for Haiti"

Thanks to the leadership of student Anni Satinover and the support of numerous student bands and musicians, Skidmore's Feb. 11 benefit event for Haiti earthquake victims sold out the new Zankel Music Center (530 capacity) and raised approximately $3,000 (and counting). The evening featured performances by the College's a cappella groups (the Accents, Bandersnatchers, Drastic Measures, Dynamics and Sonneteers), Lift Every Voice (Skidmore's Gospel Choir), and many other student-faculty bands.
