This guy was by Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego on May 25, 2008. I was sitting in the car with Lindsey, waiting for her mom and sister to finish up in Target, only to find some hidden talent on the street corner. Usually I look at an "arrow sign guy" and say to myself, "how could anyone sit there and twirl that sign, doesn't it get boring out there?" Not for Teddy, he was rocking this sign like a true baller. This guy has game folks, I think he should try out for "So You Think You Can Spin the Arrow Sign!!!"
