Scene from the episode "Conflicts of Interest". Babylon 5, in addition to its well thought out and intelligent storytelling, also had its humorous moments (such as this one take wonder featured above) which were more often than not on par with above average sit-coms.

@nightowl685 no no...that was Zathras. Zathras is still around but Zathras gives him trouble every time Drahl uses the Great Machine to pick up ISN channels xD
