Why he should train without gloves man?I mean training without them is gopod for reasons of self defence,but he`s traiining for ring fights so you should use the gear you have to wear in there!;-)

But Stefan Leko used to be one of the top K-1 fighter back in the day and even knocked out Peter Aerts. But just like how Ray Sefo, Peter Aerts, and all other top K-1 heavy weight fighters back in the days, he's old as well and can't fight like he used to. There used to be a lot of ko fights back in the days in heavy weight division of K-1.
