ummm, this is an airgun not an airsoft gun. No airguns have an orange tip. It is not required by federal law. You got yourself arrested by having the gun out in public. Again, use your brain and only use the gun in appropriate places.

The only thing that sucked on this pistol is the trigger started sticking/jamming after awhile.
