Rick is my favorite, and he came to prominence at the right time to greatly influence me, for which I am ever grateful. While much is made of his flamboyance and speed, I believe that his true brilliance is as a composer.... of epic proportions,I miight add... and as an arranger of exquisite music. His keen sense of design, timing, and execution make him, IMHO, THE "romantic", or, if you will, "renaissance" keyboardist of our time. May he live long in happiness. Peace:)
