Sears will be out of business within the next decade unless they clean up their act, which I doubt they will do before it's too late. The only people they treat with respect is corporate. They treat employees AND customers like crap.

I work part time (good way to make money while im in college) at a Sears in Miami. I wish my department was like this. I work in the lawn and garden dept. and our boss is a fuckin drill seargent. If we eat shit he goes ape shit.

Haha, funny video. Gives me memory of when i worked there part time. I hated it with there low paying checks, so i got a job at a bank and now work on wall street. Dont waste your time there, work your way up even when your young.
