2 platys, 2 mollys, 2 emerald corys (hiding) and a red cap oranda. Yes I know I'm overstocked and the Goldie needs his own tank. I am fishless cycling my 20 for him and am almost done. Also fishless cycling a 2nd 10 gallon to rehome some of the tropicals too. I had all the lights on and it still looks dark, just thought I'd post anyway. I will try during daytime too, btw I'm using a digital camera with video capability so it's grainy too. Anyway just thought I'd share!!

  • Yes they were docile for awhile, they do give chase but it stopped soon after the first time. Now they only chase each other, my goldie keeps them in check lol! I do believe that molly's are more aggressive then what lfs or many internet profiles advise. They are getting they're own tank soon :)

  • Yes, please do more with better lighting! I love aquariums. Makes me want to get one just so I can videotape it.

  • My platys have completely taken over my downstairs fish tank they breed like hell!

  • I have terrible luck with mollys. they always pick on the little fishes.
